Our Partners

Wildfire risk knows no boundaries, and neither should our efforts to reduce it. Effective wildfire prevention and preparation require collaboration across all levels—local, regional, and statewide—uniting communities, agencies, and organizations to address this shared challenge. By working together, we can pool resources, share knowledge, and implement coordinated strategies that protect lives, preserve landscapes, and safeguard private property. Whether through joint fire mitigation projects, community outreach, or response planning, partnerships are key to strengthening our collective resilience. When we collaborate, we not only reduce the risk of wildfire, we ensure a safer, more sustainable future for everyone.

PREPARE  PREVENT  PRESERVE

The Hill Country Fire Coalition of Texas is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the implementation of the Kendall County Community Wildfire Protection Plan. We work across jurisdictions to make our county safer for the people who live, work, and visit this beautiful part of the Texas Hill Country. Our mission is to raise public awareness about the importance of preparing for wildfires before they happen, preventing wildfires from occurring, and taking the necessary actions to protect lives and learn to coexist with wildfire when it strikes.

Your tax-deductible donation will help us to fulfill our mission!  Thank you!
